Many times, it becomes very easy to get frustrated while trying to maintain healthy hair. You get tired of doing so much to the hair and seeing less progress than before. You're sick of trying to create great looking protective styles for your hair at first because they do not always come out beautifully. You moisturize your hair with ten different products and none of them work. You wash your hair once a week and condition it, but you still have significant amounts of breakage.
Do I need to keep going?
